HOW I WORK.

Start With the Problem

I never start with a solution. I start by understanding why the problem exists, who owns it, and what success actually looks like. Ambiguity isn't a blocker -- it's the first thing I design through.

Map the System

Most UX problems are systems problems in disguise. I map the full ecosystem before touching a single screen -- users, touchpoints, dependencies, constraints. The insight almost always lives in the connections, not the components.

Design for Humans, Ship for Reality

I care deeply about craft, but I care more about outcomes. I design with technical constraints in mind from day one, collaborate closely with engineering, and know when to push for the ideal and when to ship something great.

Validate and Evolve

Good design is never finished. I build feedback loops into the process -- testing assumptions early, learning from real usage, and continuously refining. The best solutions I've shipped started as something much simpler.
